What was once a changing point for stage coaches is now a modern day suburbia. Long gone are the days of farmland and wide open spaces. Today, Gainesville, Virginia is transforming into a place thousands of people actually want to live.

With the influx of new businesses and shopping centers, residents no longer need to drive to Manassas or Fairfax to get stuff. They can stay right in their neck of the woods.

In the near future, Gainesville, Virginia will be getting even more shopping centers, including:

JOHN MARSHALL COMMONS (Between Rt. 55 and Catharpin Road)
This has been approved, so far there are no stores that have been announced.
