Since taking a pay cut, I have scoured the net for a vacation deal that will not break the bank. From Cape May to Cape Fear, I have looked everywhere. And from my research, you get the greatest bank for the buck in OBX.
For example, most 5-bedroom houses cost almost $2000 a week. You can get a 5-bedroom house less than 500 feet to the ocean for $875! With taxes, it’s probably $200 per room, per week. You just can’t beat that. Especially right before Memorial Day.
Plus, the places are much cleaner than I’ve found. Anyway, so if you’re in the same boat. Consider OBX.
