Bill Monk
21 JunSo Jordan emailed this as his site of the week. I checked it out. And to be honest, it freaked me out.
Yes, there are times when you pay more than someone else and yes, there are times you cover someone only to never receive the money back. But man, that’s life. Get over it or avoid dining out with these people.
I think if anyone actually does this, you’ll probably end some friendships. Think about it. Imagine receiving an email or a call that stated how much you owed, what date the money was borrowed and at what place. The receipient would think you’re crazy and feel like crap and as the sender, you’d probably feel weird.
Anyway, it’s an interesting idea. But as most of us know, it’s easy to lose friends over money.

Help Me Get Random with Lady Sovereign
15 JunSo check it. Zack Slow, a creative manager at Goodby wanted to go on a date with the British emcee, Lady Sovereign. The problem was, he had no connections. So what’s a boy in love to do? Turn to the internet of course.
Slow created his own site to raise $10,000 so he could take Lady Sovereign on the ultimate date. Think limo, private yacht and chef, hotel, booze, etc. A little over a month later, the site generated over a million hits, raised $10,000 and yes, his big idea won her over and he got his dream date.
Comments are compliments!
