Consider this your wake up call. Not everything someone posts on the Internet is the truth. Maybe some of you missed the memo on that. Some people will make up fake profiles. Some will lie about their age. Some will use someone else’s picture. Some will lie about their intentions.
Unless you’re a psychic, you have no idea who is on the other end. It could be a married man with two kids, an undercover cop or even a predator.
In this case, what started out as innocent fun turned into a web of lies that ended with a young man being shot dead. How tragic. Poor kid died for nothing.
